You are not giving too much information. But... to run a software from the usb it can already be painful (depending on software of course) in a local machine. Doing it in server and with multiples clients...

Servers are usually prepared (ok, maybe I am supposing too much) to hold multiple connections and give services, but that doesn't mean that the USB is going to support it as well.

have you tried to copy the folder from the USB to the HD of the server? If yes... does it crush with the same number of connections? If yes, it might be a problem on that program. If no, then USB was just the wrong place to execute from

After finding the problem I get the result that Program is running very well ! But the problem is that Folder get unshared indicating RPC service is very busy so it doesn't allow remote connection and service related to it are stopped.Programs remain connected still and is working perfectly.so the problem is how the network folder get unshared automatically.
