Windows embeded OS hang

Hi.

I have a specific issue in my project. we have an application running in .NET 4.0 on windows embedded standard 2009. It interacts with a Hardware module using PCI driver which is built using Jungo driver. Osccasionally my system gets hanged when we do not have control to operating system at all. we further can not analyze any thing since complete OS gets ahanged. Can any one let me know how to find the problem? if you any solution it would be a grea help.
