Access is Denied in Serial Port

Hai,

I need to Read datas from Serial Port.But when i try to Open the Com Port,
iam getting the following error "Access is Denied - Unauthorized Access Exception".
Can anyone pls tell me any solution for this error?

Which language? C/C++, C# ?
How are your trying to open the serial port?
