Time delaying while login

Hi all

While logging from login page to the next page ,it is taking more time, why????
I am using web service.

how to reduce the hanging time and why that form hanged for some time while log in????

Please suggest

It could be network latency, database load, poor coding, or any number of possible reasons. There is no way for us to tell with the extremely limited information you have provided.

actually i want to say
