How to convert a file path url to an http url.

I have an web html file in my C:, then I exec it, the url address shows

file:///C:/Users/Andy/Desktop/judyWeb.html

How can I convert this file path url to an http url format?

Solution 1

There is no way to convert it, unless you are going to buy a hosting and domain using your desired domain name.
