after 30 minutes inactivity SQL2008 at connect reports timeout expired

Hi,
I have MS SQL Server 2008 Idle about 30 minutes and then I want to connect it via asp.net or sql managment studio call "Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.". I click on button OK and I try again to connect a it is successfully. Approximately after 30 minutes inactivity the problem repeats. (PC can be PING)
Please any one suggest me the solution...
