Can any one tell me how to create HTML Editor in window.

Solution 1

Don't post this under Quick Answers - if you got the code from an article, then there is a "new message" button at the bottom of that article, which causes an email to be sent to the author. They are then alerted that you wish to speak to them.
Posting this here relies on them "dropping by" and realising it is for them.

Have a little patience!
You only posted there a little while ago, and
1) The author is in the US, where is is Sunday Night...
2) It is a public holiday in many Western countries on Monday anyway!
