How to add image in a form

I getting the error while adding image to a Form.

Error:

Argument 'picture' must be a picture that can be used as a icon.

That image is .ico format and size 38*27 .

Please suggest How to add image in the form ,What should be the format and the size of the image?

Clarify what you mean by adding picture? Do you mean an application icon?

Have a look at: Icons[^] - the size requirements is near the bottom of the page.

Actually i made a picture in paint and saved that in .ico format and trying to add that picture in the icon property.While adding it showing that error.What should i do before add to the icon of the form?

As far as I know Paint doesn't support the ico and cur formats.
Try the free icon editor http://www.free-icon-editor.com/
Personally I usually use Adobe fireworks together with IcoFx http://icofx.ro/
