How to display the tooltip in front of the panel in windows XP

Hi,
I have two panel i.e in panel(1) which has treeview and beside it i have panel(2).

i hover mouse on node in treeview for 2 sec and it display tooltip but problem is that the tooltip which is displayed is partially coming behind panel(2).

Can any one pls Help me, How to display the tooltip in front of the panel...

I have a question: are you using pure .Net components for image tool tip...?
Or some other components..?
