How to create a row view inside a tab?

I'm having a tab of 5 panels i'm retrieving the values for the panels from the database using repeater control. In which, i want to display number of records inside the tab and it should be in a row format with heading as shown below in example.

eg:
Alphabets Description
A Apple
B Ball
C Cat
