Connect to SQL SERVER 2008 Express using Matlab

I have a database it's information is:
Name: Matlabdb
Server_Name: RD\SQLEXPRESS
username: SA
password: Globalamirtarek

I need to connect to it using MATLAB .M file

I tried the Matlab function database(...)

i failed to use it

i tried to install JDBC but it is not work with me

I have Matlab 7.0.0.19920 (R14)

My Windows is 7 32 bit

please forget what i did and tell me in steps how to connect to this database using this program
