hi,
how to send emails through triggers using sql server 2008, and it should be send emails every day at morning 9am and afternoon 2pm. please tell me the step-by-step procedure.

I don't think you need triggers for this task. Rather, you should be looking to run a job that sends emails for you at the designated time.
