How to create the activation code for software products, now I have done I want to create a software license for my product but do not know what to do. Looking forward to your help.

It has nothing to do with the legal notion of copyright.
You really create copyright by writing "Copyright © 2012 by Nguyen Canh Thang".
Thought it would be good to know.
