WCF service with out local host

I have created a WCF service it gives service path
http://localhost:10545/WCFService2/Service.svc?wsdl
i added this reference by into my project which runs successfully but when i closed the localhost:10545. WCF service is stoped & start giving exception.
how can i use this service with out localhost & also how can i add with windows form
