Problem with thumbnail move icons in win7

Hi everybody,

I have a problem on thumbnail move icons in windows 7 and tried Google, but not resolved. To note: it was right before update my windows, I do not know how this issue came?!

I tried the following ways:
1: Organize->Folder and search options->view tab->"tick options"
2: Advanced system setting->advanced tab->Settings->visual effects options
3: Default Programs options from windows control panel->Set your default programs
4: Reinstall vlc player, km player and the other player and codec

I think the issue connected to codec. Please guide me in this case.
