Choix de framework/technologies J2EE

Bonsoir les amis,
Je suis en cours de PFE et mon projet web consiste dans le développement d'un outil collaboratif supportant beaucoup de fonctionnalités fixées dans le Product Backlog (vidéoconférence, son archivage, chat, transfert de fichiers, annuaire, reporting ...). Il me reste à peine 3 mois
Est ce que quelqu'un peut me conseiller sur le choix des outils/frameworks (Grails, Eclipse, Spring, ...) et avec des bonnes pratiques ?
J'aurais besoin d'une liaison avec un serveur de streaming, j'ai testé RED 5 seulement et c'est ma première expérience avec le J2EE.

I need a connection to a streaming server, I tested only RED5 and this is my first experience with J2EE.
