how to create pannel for my jsp as a menu

Sir ,
Now am making one web application similar to www.fitnessbliss.com .
Their my username is ankurbhasin and password is ebhasin123.

If you click on "my Routine" & on some created Routine button.
you can see on its right side a Pannel for showing all the days and their corresponding exercises on it.

Sir,I want the same pannel in my Jsp. How can i do that in struts 2.

Acutually i have done that page in my project with simple tags but because of this am getting some forward problem.

Sir please suggest me some corresponding solution for this.
