I want to create virtual pc harddisk for tc++ because windows 7 does not allow to operate tc++ in full mode.

Or maybe upgrade your developing environment to something mode modern.

Solution 2

You can get a copy of Windows 7 Virtual PC from here[^]. Once loaded you can then boot some other OS into it, and, assuming you have a version that supports TC++ that should help to solve your problem.

but how can i boot guest os into it!

When you start up the VM it will offer options for you to boot into it.
