Avoide controls to move in my page

Hi Guys

I have a web page online. I notice when I view it with difrrentent computers with difrent screen resolution my controls appear slose to each other to some computers and some appears fine.

The controls are in my ajax modal popup,should I put my controls in a div to avoid them from moving? This also hapens in my footer and the footer is in the master page
