Hi,

I've faced this question in an interview:

"What is the difference between VB and VB.NET?"

I didn't find the answer by googling. Please help me!

Thanks in advance.

Please use proper capitalization. Using all uppercase letters is considered shouting and is looked upon as rude behaviour.

Thank you for your cooperation!

Here are some links for you:

It must have been because you were not searching properly. I did a simple "VB vs VB.NET" and hit upon the following in the top ten results: http://www.sqlmag.com/article/visual-basic-vb/vb-6-0-vs-vb-net[^] and also this http://www.thescarms.com/vbasic/VB6vsVBNet.aspx[^]. This one also seems relevant: http://visualbasic.about.com/od/imhoinmyhumbleopinion/ss/FiveChanges.htm[^].

Better luck with your google-foo next time.

Regards,

Manfred
