Browse button not visible in Add Connection dialog of Visual Studio 2008

I am facing a weird problem. In my computer when I want to add a new database connection to Access database, in Visual Studio 2008 from
Data->Add new Data Source -> Database->Next->NewConnection then
Add Connection dialog box appears, but the browse button to browse for an access database and to select it using file dialog is not visible.
Whereas when I tried it in another computer the browse button is visiable. I think there may be problem in settings. But I could not figure out where the problem is.
Can anybody tell me which is the setting to fix this.
