Solution 1

That means that you call a component from the DevExpress library, and that DevExpress library is not installed on the server.

A little addition to

you should not install DevExpress on server - just put all DLLs you use in 'bin' folder and check their version. Adjust config file if versions in config differ from versions of real DLLs.
