GetFullPath() in VS2005 does not appear to work after changing from Server 2003 to Server 2008

Visual Studio 2005.
Windows Server 2003 code works, moving to Windows server 2008, code fails when using Path.GetFullPath( Path ) when Path is something like \\SystemName\DirLevel1\Level2\Filename.ext.

Any suggestions?

Could you make a (short!) code sample which could manifest this problem?
Before posting, test it yourself, run under debugger.

Does the same code, with the same input values, not work ? The Path class is full of cases that plain do not work in a logical way.
