connection to MS access mdb

i usually connect from VBA and visual studio 2005 and VS 2008 without problem
ms access is 2003 or 2008
but when i bought a new laptop , it is 64 bits ,and after that i could not connect to database , and there is and error raise , then i update office 2007 .
in office help i found that i should install Microsoft Jet 4.0 with Service Pack 8 ,
but i could not found correct service pack for 62 bit , my computer has windows 7

Here is thing : Microsoft is getting rid of Jet on 64 bit platform to connect on 64 bit platform use:

Provider=Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0;Data Source=C:\myFolder\myAccess2007file.accdb;Persist Security Info=False;

That is the new driver it even supports Access 2003
