how to Create Users Administration in MVC3

Hi Everyone,

I don't have any Idea on how to Create User Administration using MVC3

for example I have menus below the details:

- "Admin User" has Access to: Home, About, User Management, Gallery Management
- "Public User" has Access to: Home, About -- only

can you help me on this and Guide me
