start to coding mobile app with java

hi
i have installed NetBeans IDE 7.0 and , using JDK 1.6
now i want to start coding mobile app with java (MIDP & MIDLet & J2ME)
what should i install more??
i searched and found something like NetBeans Mobility Pack
may some one explain for me what should i do ?
and of course some explanation for " what is VMD ?"

please help me!
