Login(unlock) Windows welcome screen

I'm implementing a Remote-Desktop application.I can capture the screen with "Graphics.CopyFromScreen()" method,but this function cannot capture the welcome screen.

Besides I cannot type password to welcome screen through "kb_event" API. I got "LogonUser" API but that's not what I want.So I need a way to unlock windows.
