Hi Guys, can any one clearly explain the Diiference between Windows CE, Windows Embedded Compact and .NET Compact Framework. I am new to windows mobile, PDA Development using VS, I am looking forward to designing a PDA Application running windows CE 5.0, What are the software requirement, Best IDE to use and also any article related to this is welcome
