URL Stream error in Flex Error #2032

Whenever i am running a flex application an unwanted error like this is occurring.
Error #2032: Stream Error. URL: http://localhost/blog/flex/scrollchart/framework_3.0.0.477.swf

So plz provide me a solution for this..
