VSTA Begineer - Need help

I am new to VSTA and am not getting much help. My working environment is VS2008, VSTA 2.0, Asp.Net with C#.

My initial requirement is that, user will open a excel and click on a button within that excel. Once clicked on that button a web page will open.

Please help me get this and please also guide me how to set up my machine for VSTA. I have installed office 2007, VS2008 and VSTA SDK 2.0.
