How to read data from my mobile with php

Hello,

I guess there will not be an appropriate solution for this problem. What I want is that

I want to make an SMS gateway with PHP. So Basically what I think is suitable here is just connect my Mobile with USB Cable (Communication Port). And Check with PHP that on what COM Port the device is connected. Hence I can find out what device it is? I can then manipulate other things. But I am stuck here about how to connect to that port with PHP or probably to be more correct I would like to mention that I would like read my incoming SMS and also outgoing SMS with PHP with the help of that connected Mobile Phone.
