Difference between Fixed Document and PDF Document

Hi,

Iam using Fixeddocument for creating reports in WPF using DocumentViewer.i need to draw string
in c1PDFDocument is having a method

pdf.DrawString(text,font,brush,rect,Formats.Left);

but i was not able to find a similar function in Fixeddocument.how can i draw dynamically using Fixeddocument.iam creating report dynamically.can some one share samples
