For true learning purpose, you can try the below steps:

1. Get 70-528 microsoft prescribed certification book
2. Work out all problems in each chapters
3. Write a mini tool using 2.0 web development
4. Appear few sample test like www.visualexams.com/70-528.ht[^]
5. Finally appear for exam. You will be through.

You prepare for these exams by gaining actual experience. The Microsoft certification site also lists study guides and training material for each exam.

You DO NOT prepare by using test dumps or other such media.
