Non Client area draws default caption buttons.

Hello all. This is my first question asked here on The Code Project, and I am looking for a solution to a pretty frustrating issue. I have successfully hooked Windows Messages to create my own custom Non Client area. It handles all mouse events, but when I click on any of the custom caption buttons, it draws the regular themed caption button corresponding with the button pushed (Close, Restore, etc.) It also won't handle the caption button's corresponding event unless the mouse is in both, the custom caption button's rectangle, and the original caption button's rectangle.
