how to create setup file

Good morning friends,
I do the project in C# ,and i want to create the setup file of that project,this setup file work on any new pc.I want in that setup file first they install the .net framework and i'm use the sql server 2005 for database and for the report printing microsoft.visualbasic.powerpacks.
so i want to create the setup file is that to start the setup first he check the .net framework and install it,then database that created in .bak extension add on that setup file.
