Go to this page :

Right click and select View page source and see what you needed.

I'm sure that you know how to reuse its functions.

Of course there are more other sites that have this script which can be found by google.

I'm researching since one week, but unfortunately i didn't find something that i need, if you can please help me.
I need javascript file + html , that i should add to my localhost as well without needed internet.

If you go the page that I have introduced, you can see these functions in page source :
function ToShamsi(grgYear,grgMonth,grgDay,Format)
function ToGregorian (hshYear,hshMonth,hshDay)
I think these function names and their parameters tell everything. And if you don't know how to use them it is another problem. :)
