Among other things, English word "doe" means an adult female in some animal species such as deer and antelopes. It is not clear how she could be related to "registering of all areas". The animal of the same species who would be more likely active in registering during certain season is called "buck". However, what he does in this case is usually called "marking the territory".

So, the question is probably based on some misconception about mating behaviors and thus makes no sense.
