Always Visible div (static and dynamic)

Dear sir,

how always visible div when scroll.
i want that first div or panel is in bottom position if i scroll the (div or panel) move from bottom to top position(in this position it is in static).but it do not disable .if i come back starting position the div also come back.

Solution 1

Use the CSS “overflow: scroll” for(div), it will work like explorer page scroll...try this
