Sending pictures to a web form

Hi Guys
Want to develop an application were I can take a picture using a web cam, then the picture should appear or sent to my web form. Are ther any articles i can read to help me with the development?

Please help me with them

What do you mean "to my web form"? This is a form which is used to send data to the server, not to the form.

Capture an image using a web cam,the image have to appear in a web page. Not sure if thats clear sir
