Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Installation Error

Hello Guys, I have my microsoft visual studio before this happen but I uninstall it because of some problems but when I tried to install it again. I have already the problem. So, I just want to ask how to solve this particular problem. When I run the installer of Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate. It always freeze on this part:

Setup is copying required resources to your temp directory.
Copying file 27 of 63.

Copying setup file: gencomp.dll

After an hour, there is message that prompts to my screen, it says:

Setup has encountered a problem while trying to copy:
D:\Setup\gencomp.dll
Press Retry to attempt the copy again. Press Cancel to cancel setup.

I already tried a multiple times the retry button but still it always prompted to retry or cancel the setup. Do I miss something when I uninstall visual studio 2010? or do i need to delete something to make it install again? what file do i need to delete to make microsoft visual studio 2010 installer to work again?
