and now i like to learn something new or something advanced in .net, so please advise me what shall i learn and please give me some web reference to start learning,your help will be grateful to me

Learn everything yuo can. That's the only way you're going to be able to remain employed as a programmer. You can see what the trends are by simply staying up-to-date on the industry.
