How to Format PDF File Before Create using C#,string builder class and PDFizer third party tool?

Note: my data stored inside my string builder class and access through pdfizer tool and after that create pdf file.

1. my pdf display normally 'arial' format,

2. But I want to change and show 'TimesNewRoman' style,

How can I change this style.

how to write code inside string builder or pdfizer method

Please help me.
