POPup window for Bill remainder

I am having a table like this

ID     Billtype      Remainderdate    Paymentterm   Paymentdate  Remainderdays

1      Internet      22/12/2011       Monthly       25/12/2011       3

2      Telephone     19/12/2011       Weekly        22/12/2011       2

I need a pop up window for both paymentterm at the same time for every month and week.
