Even an answer that has been accepted by someone can be down-voted.
No one is stopped from upovoting or downvoting an answer.

Suggestion - don't let a downvote or two affect you.

yes abhinav, i agree CP not detecting such user. but i was thinking like if someone create one user and it just downvote every solutions then is there anything that detect it ? like google do blacklist of website can CP do have blacklist of users ? so thats my question......
Wait a minute. Do you think that if 3 people have opinion A, and 1 person have opinion B, it means that the opinion A is correct? If you really think so, I would recommend you to avoid answering questions as an expert — you are already very biased.

You are talking of down-votes as it was something bad. :-)

My 5. Though this time, i feel you might be being a tad harsh on the OP.

Maybe. It depends on how to look at it, I think.
Thank you very much, Abhinav.

Accepted my 5 vote for you....

Thank you very much.
I would take it easy. Sometimes people are disagree, and you, or I or anyone else can be wrong or right; but apparently some people down-vote maybe just in rage, irritation, etc., with no rational reasons; there is nothing one can do with this...

Cheers,
