How to get the folder name which is having Read and Write Permission(for all users)

OS : Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows Vista

Which folder? You need to search the entire directory tree with the correct search criteria, or test the status of each folder in the tree.

I need to save some files in to a folder while running the application.After that the application will do a read and write operation to that file. So that folder must have the read and write permission for any kind of users (admin, standard etc).
