While loading a page, last operation that we was not included in the mentioned grid, after starting the solution again only we can view the exact grid...But in database operations done well...

I need the answer for this...

There are different possibilities for this problem. You have not mentioned it clearly. Please mention it clearly so that we can explain you clearly. As my guess you have not used the grid in the function but grid is visible.. this is because of Autogeneratedcolumns property of the grid so it visible. You data set connection is set to database.
