Hello! :)

I'm planning on developing a simple text editor with speech recognition for my school project but I really don't know what resources I need or what API to use or even what language is most suitable. Really appreciate if anyone can suggest how to start with! :)

Solution 2

I cannot imagine any simple speech recognition application. But if you are familiar with C#, there is a sample application included in Windows 7 SDK.
You can find it in C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v7.0\Samples\winui\speech\cs\speechrecognition.
