How can I access Classes present in web service applicaiton in my window from application based client.?

I have a class named Employee created in a web service project. This class holds the business logic and properties. How can I access this class in the front which is a windows forms application. By adding the reference of the web service to my front end project I can just access the web methods present in the asmx page, but i cannot access the Employee Classes methods \ properties in front end. Is there a way out. or I am missing something.?
