I have one video file,size 24MB, i want read from 12th MB to the end, how can i do it?

I know no restriction that whould let you read only 12 MB. Perhaps you should be a little more clear about what you are reading the file with and perhaps post the code where you do the reading. And a description of the problems which appear when you read more than 12 MB may also help.
