Want to see the text in tablelayoutpanel

I have set the backcolor for tablelayoutpanel during runtime. But i cant able to see the background text of the tablelayoutpanel.

Placed a tablelayoutpanel and imported background image as text image. After I set backcolor, I want to see the text as well as color in the specific cell....

Help me..
